🌸 Terms of Service 🌸
• If you commission me, you confirm you are 18 or older. No exceptions, not even for "safe for work" art.• I take PayPal only, 100% upfront. I'll send you an invoice, granting you full paypal protection against non-delivery.• I reserve the rights to post the result of your commission at my own will. By default, I'll credit your YCH.commishes username for the character rights. Warn me if you want otherwise!• My work falls under custom art, therefore I can't provide refunds unless I'm unable to deliver the piece. Make sure you like my work and won't miss the money before purchasing!• In the drawing phase, if you aren't able to respond immediately, that's okay! Your commission will be put on hold until you do, and will only be considered abandoned if both are true:* You didn't reply to me for six (6) consecutive months, even with my constant reminders;*
* PayPal buyer's protection expired (also six consecutive months).In this case, the commission will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any refunds. Exceptions may apply if the unresponsiveness was due to force majeure - but lying or repeated, constant ghosting will render a client unable to commission me again.
🌸 About my work / What I can and can't do 🌸
• You must have at least one visual reference, but text can be used to describe the personality and quirks of your characters! I use every detail you provide to create a piece that's unique to you.• I don't believe in "too colorful" or "cringe". Throw at me all your neon characters, I can make it work.• I'll completely rework the YCH base to fit your character. That means body shape, sizes, faces, etc. If you want me to follow the YCH base instead for any of these, let me know as soon as you send references!• Delivering a piece that makes your heart happy is of utmost importance to me. If you have any requests, please tell me. They hardly cost extra, unless it's a LOT of extra rendering.• I don't work with underage/cub characters or "pedobait" characters (body of a child on a 1000 year old being). That's not negotiable. You will be asked to provide another character and if you can't/won't, your commission will be cancelled and you will be put on my blocklist (see more on BLOCKLIST POLICY).
🌸 BLOCKLIST POLICY 🌸
You may be blocked for bidding in future auctions if you are disrespectful, place false bids, or repeatedly leave me without a reply for months or years.
Appeals can be made via Discord (axthepinklion), but I have every right to deny it.
🌸 COMMISSION PROGRESS REPORT 🌸
You can access my work schedule by visiting my public Trello. It's available 24/7 and requires no login! But you can also contact me on discord if you'd like (linked down below, too). Please allow up to 24 hours for me to respond, due to time zone differences.
🌸 COMMERCIAL LICENSE 🌸
When you purchase my work, you are tipically acquiring a personal license.You are allowed to display the art publicly in any platform you want (including posting on social media / using it as profile picture / using it as fanfic cover / etc).A commercial license is only needed if you intend to sell merch with my art. In that case, a 100% fee will be charged.I will always retain creation rights (which essentially means you can't ever claim you made the art yourself, and I can use the finished result as portfolio).
